BESTBUY event terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation for any live event, webcast, on-demand virtual event or any other event (“Event” ) by Bestbuy Ads LLC (“BestbuyAds”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and constitutes an agreement between you and Bestbuy Ads. You represent to us that you are authorized to enter into these Terms. Please see Section 12 for definitions of certain capitalized terms used in these Terms.

1.Register and participate in the Event.

You may register for and participate in the Event only in accordance with these Terms. To register for an Event, you must complete the event registration process and pay any applicable registration fees. Unless otherwise stated on the Event registration website or otherwise expressly notified to you by us, as of the first day of the Event, you must be at least 18 years of age. Event registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than posted deadlines, at our sole discretion. We may also change the Event program at any time at our sole discretion. You will at all times comply with BESTBUY Advertising's Community Codes of Cond uct.

2. Safety and security.

Your safety and security are very important to us. For live events, you understand that you and your assets may be searched for reasonable purposes while participating in the Event. If you decline these security measures, we may deny you access. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave an Event if your behavior causes us to be concerned about the safety or security of those attending the Event. If we refuse you access or ask you to leave the event, you will not receive a refund.

3.Your information.

By registering to participate in the Event, you agree to receive information from BESTBUY Advertising about the Event and other related BESTBUY Advertising marketing information and special offers via email, post or other forms of communication. . We process your information in accordance with BESTBUY's Privacy Notice. You consent to our collection, use and disclosure of the information you provide when registering for an Event in accordance with BESTBUY's Privacy Notice. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from BESTBUY Advertising at any time by following the instructions in the communications received.

4.Records and documents.

6.2 By us.
We may cancel an Event at any time for reasons such as the availability or suitability of the venue or speakers or on security, health or safety grounds, and we may refuse, Limit or cancel your event registration at any time. We are not responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation. If we cancel your Event or registration and you comply with these Terms, we will refund your event registration fee in accordance with the refund policy on the event registration website.

6.3 Effects of cancellation.

If you or Bestbuy Advertising unsubscribe from an Event or Bestbuy  Advertising cancels an Event, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6.3, Part 7.2, Part 8, Part 9, Part 10, Part 11, Part 12 and Part 13 will remain in full force and effect. 7.  Commercial and ethical compliance.

The limitations in this section 10 apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. 11. Other terms.

11.1 Waiver of Rights.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a present or future waiver of such provision nor limit the right to enforce such provision at a later time. All waivers of our rights must be in writing prior to application.

11.2 Partial validity provisions.

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable portion shall be construed to give effect and intent to the original portion. If such establishment cannot be done, the invalid or unenforceable portion will be severed from these Terms, but the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. 11.3 Force majeure.
