These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation for any live event, webcast, on-demand virtual event or any other event (“Event” ) by Bestbuy Ads LLC (“BestbuyAds”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and constitutes an agreement between you and Bestbuy Ads. You represent to us that you are authorized to enter into these Terms. Please see Section 12 for definitions of certain capitalized terms used in these Terms.

1.Register and participate in the Event.

You may register for and participate in the Event only in accordance with these Terms. To register for an Event, you must complete the event registration process and pay any applicable registration fees. Unless otherwise stated on the Event registration website or otherwise expressly notified to you by us, as of the first day of the Event, you must be at least 18 years of age. Event registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than posted deadlines, at our sole discretion. We may also change the Event program at any time at our sole discretion. You will at all times comply with BESTBUY Advertising's Community Codes of Conduct.

2. Safety and security.

Your safety and security are very important to us. For live events, you understand that you and your assets may be searched for reasonable purposes while participating in the Event. If you decline these security measures, we may deny you access. We are not responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from such cancellation. If we cancel your Event or registration and you comply with these Terms, we will refund your event registration fee in accordance with the refund policy on the event registration website.

6.3 Effects of cancellation.

If you or Bestbuy Advertising unsubscribe from an Event or Bestbuy  Advertising cancels an Event, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6.3, Part 7.2, Part 8, Part 9, Part 10, Part 11, Part 12 and Part 13 will remain in full force and effect.7.  Commercial and ethical compliance.
